To Visit our Dojo
New students are encouraged to participate in a regularly scheduled class at no charge.
Our instructors will guide you through dojo etiquette, warm-up exercises, basic Martial Arts movements and techniques. No previous training in Martial Arts or sports is required.
Beginning students are asked to wear something loose and comfortable, such as sweat pants and a T-Shirt. You may ask questions of the Instructors after class.
We do our introductory classes by appointment only so please call 708-263-8321 to schedule one with us. Your first lesson is absolutely free, this gives you and the Instructors a chance to get to know one another. True Martial Arts training is a very personal experience and should not be something you rush into based solely on the lowest price or a convenient location
